basically the room is comfortable, clean, quiet, but it's a shame the bed isn't comfortable because the springs seem to be broken. so it's a bit sideways. lucky I sleep alone if the two of us might be able to fight with my friend. yes maybe it's better to replace the bed with a new one. And happily, my room was upgraded...

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. We got a room upgrade for free. Location is excellent.

I really enjoyed to stay there! the room was nice and clean! is located just in centre of istanbul !!specially the staff was very helpful for everything and really wonderful Staff! I really recommend it ♥️♥️♥️

The room is quite comfortable and very clean. There is even a kettle and some teabags - a very nice little detail. The hotel is a bit far from the tram stop and the underground station, but the area looks quite safe even late in the evening.

Specially I like that receptionist guy he is from Syria and he is very coprate room was well cleaned and services is good

The staff from the reception was super helpful. They took our bags to the room and helped us to get a taxi to the airport. The new building has all the amenities that you need, and the breakfast was ok for the price… don’t expect an American buffet you are in Istanbul so it is a Turkish breakfast. They provided coffee, tea an water for free at the reception. It has a great location, close to the main attractions.

The hotel is very close to the tram station, which is a good thing. The neighbourhood, though, was quite dirty. The staff were very flexible, helping and ready to listen.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was very cooperative. Breakfast had a good deal of variety with a reasonable price. In short, hotel had all basic amenities and rooms have all required facilities.
